Ensuring local care for your home away from home.
While you’re away, we’re not. We stop by weekly to walk the house. Taking care of those things that get neglected when a property sits vacant: checking for leaks, adjusting the thermostat as Georgia’s weather swings, taking the trash to and from the curb, securing the property before and after a storm to make sure everything’s just as you left it.
You get peace of mind, and the house stays ready for your next weekend in Athens.

And to make life even EASIER…
We have also implemented Concierge Services within the Caretaker Program to do the prep work for game day weekends.
You don’t come to Athens to stand in lines at Kroger, fight the game day traffic, or wait around for the Instacart delivery.
Under Deep Roots’ Concierge Services, we chase down your errands, stock your fridge, and chill your beverages so that your fun starts right when you turn on Milledge.
And why settle for the grocery brand bagels anyway when Athens is home to unique and outstanding local businesses of it’s own?
We’ll make sure you get stocked up with the best local goodies (without having to run all over town or sacrifice a minute of your happy hour)!
Local Bites, Delivered.
Sandwiches from Henri’s. Pastries from Independent Bakery. Fresh-ground coffee from Jittery Joe’s. If it’s a local favorite, you name it, and we’ll have it waiting when you walk in.
Drink in Hand, Right When You Walk In.
Tell us what you’re pouring, we’ll have it chilling. This includes stocking you up on ice (EVERYONE’S least favorite chore)
A Space that Invites You In, with Local Touch.
- Seasonal flower arrangements from local Athens florist waiting to welcome you to the Classic City.
- Tailgate essentials branded for your team (subject to availability)
- Gameday Survival Kits & Hangover Helpers (ask us about this!)
