Victoria is a proud student at UGA who moved from Spartanburg, SC and made Athens her home. Although she is from out of state, she fell in love with Athens and is now 100% a Georgia Bulldog. Victoria is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Terry College of Business with a minor in Spanish language. She has been learning Spanish since high school, but really honed her skills the summer she spent abroad in Spain. Her language learning has allowed her to make memorable connections with many people from different backgrounds, and she considers this skill both an asset and a passion.
Victoria’s interest in real estate first started with her job as a leasing consultant in the property management of student living in Athens. She then took real estate classes at UGA, and her interest grew from there. She noted lots of connections between real estate and her marketing studies and saw it as a perfect combination of her interests. She got her real estate license while finishing her studies at UGA. Outside of work, Victoria is involved with her sorority Phi Mu at UGA, and their philanthropy partnership with UGA Miracle. Each year Victoria participates in UGA Miracle’s Dance Marathon raising money for Childrens” Healthcare of Atlanta. In her free time, Victoria loves to play tennis, explore local Athens restaurants, and attend concerts at the GA theater.
Victoria takes pride in her attention to detail, organizational skills, and overall drive to succeed. She also loves working with people and making connections in her community. Victoria is eager to expand and sharpen her skills at Deep Roots Property Management.
