Our Five Points Listings

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT Five Points

love being able to walk to restaurants

We love being able to walk to restaurants with friends or for a date night. My kids play outside all day with the neighbors on the street.

5 Points has all the amenities

5 Points has all the amenities: shopping, grocery, dining, entertainment, a park with a pool, and even a zoo. All of that, and we don’t even have to turn our car on to enjoy the experience of 5 Points living.

We are in the heart of the University

Living in Five Points means living within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, parks and other stores that Athens has to offer. We are in the heart of the University and in the fall we can hear the Red Coat band practicing at night.

walk or ride their bikes into 5 points

Our family has been living in 5 points for almost 15 years. There’s so many advantages to living here. Now that our kids are older, they can walk to and from school and even stop at Hodgson’s on the way home for some ice cream. On weekends, they can walk or ride their bikes into 5 points to any of a number of stores or restaurants with their friends. We love being able to walk to some of the great restaurants too! I love that my work commute is usually 5 minutes. We have made some great friends with our neighbors as well.

Discover Five Points

Centered around the intersection of S. Milledge Avenue and S. Lumpkin Street, Five Points is marked by 5 streets converging at a single intersection. The area that surrounds this epicenter has effectively become known as the Five Points Area.

A quaint, yet sophisticated section of town, it is loosely defined as a neighborhood, yet the community feel is evident throughout. Residents know one another, look out for one another and become part of the fabric of one another’s lives.

A very active and vibrant part of town, Five Points is comprised of many historic and traditional homes, but you will also find a number of modern, whimsical and unique homes.

On the west side of the University of Georgia campus, Five Points offers residents the opportunity to easily commute to life on campus.  Classic streets like Milledge Avenue, Dearing Street, Henderson Avenue, Rutherford Street and Woodlawn Avenue showcase some of the most magnificent architecture in town.

In addition to a fantastic location and classic architecture, the area of 5 Points also boasts upscale shopping, boutiques and spas, office space and restaurants.  Meet a friend at El Barrio for tacos and tequila or walk up to the Pine for a nice glass of wine.  Of course, we can’t forget everyone’s favorite local coffee, Jittery Joes.  There is a little bit of something for everyone.
